You agree that Port Bay Insurance is not responsible for denied applications, coverage gaps, rescission, or claim denials that result from false, incomplete, or misleading information you provide.
How We Are Compensated
In most cases we are compensated by the insurance carriers through commissions, and comparing plans with us is free to you. Your premium is generally the same whether you use an agent or purchase directly. Where any fee would apply, we will disclose it to you before you incur it.
Payment of Premiums
Insurance premiums are paid to and collected by your insurance carrier under the terms of your policy. Non-payment of premium may result in cancellation or non-renewal of coverage by the carrier. Please review your policy for its specific billing, grace-period, and cancellation terms.
Scheduling & Appointments
You agree to provide timely responses and documentation. Port Bay Insurance is not liable for delays, missed enrollment windows, or lapses in coverage caused by a failure to provide necessary information in a timely manner.

If you opt in to text messages, our SMS Terms & Conditions apply, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution
