Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Mobile Terms will be resolved by arbitration in Pennsylvania before a single arbitrator applying Pennsylvania's substantive law.
Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
